Majestic Interiors Furnishings Maintenance A simple request by a Facilities Manager to check all of the anchoring in a problem chapel, has led to a new service that we are excited to add to our business. We have nearly 25 years of experience in repairing, touching-up, upholstering, refinishing, and anchoring pews. This has taught us a thing or two about how to do the job the right way! Basic Service Package Our basic service includes the following semi-annually, annually, or bi-annually: Touch-up pews and Choir chair arms with stain and lemon oil inspect all pew anchoring *Look for broken or missing anchors *Look for loose fasteners *Inspect for proper and/or functional fastening system Check all Choir Seats *Look for supports that are loose from the floor *Inspect for loose seating components *Inspect upholstered parts for loose or wrinkled fabric *check seats used most often for unsightly wear Check Pew Legs for Proper Structural Reliability *Inspect for broken legs *Inspect for legs not properly fastened to the pew Check Book Holders for Structural Integrity Inspect all Seating for Upholstery Concerns Consult with Management on any foreseeable problems Cost for line items such as repair of broken legs, loose, broken or missing anchors, broken bookracks are available on request.
